Renting a property

  • Decide on your maximum budget taking into consideration the cost of utility and internet.
  • What are your major requirements? Outdoor space, parking, lift access, pool and leisure facilities, schools, sea views, quiet location and do you have pets? Bear in mind that with better facilities the rental price goes higher.
  • Start viewing properties with us, take into consideration the better the information you supply the easier it is for us to show you your ideal property.
  • Decided? Then you will need to secure the rental property with a deposit which is normally equivalent to one month’s rent. The property will then be taken off the market for you.
  • Due Diligence and KYC (know your Customer) checks will be required. Passport, Proof of current address, proof of income, proof of work place and a reference.
  • Once the landlord has approved the above a rental agreement is created to be signed by both parties.
  • We will assist you all the way, including helping you with the connection of the utilities etc.




  • Cash Back offers are available on selected properties up to £500.00.




The following are permitted payments which we may request from you:

  • a) The Deposit and 1st months rent
  • b) A supplement to the deposit if you have pets and the property allows. This is usually 50% of the holding deposit
  • c) Connection of water and electricity is the tenants responsibility and there are fees charged by Gibelec and Aquagib payable before connection.
